Passed away peacefully with his family by his side.

Dear husband of Maureen. Much loved dad to Paul and Tracy, adored grandad to Callum. Father-in-law to Louise and Dean. Terry will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Requiem Mass at St Patrick's RC Church on Thursday 14th September at 14:30. Followed by committal at West Lancashire Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, but if desired donations are being gratefully received for Alzheimer's Society, St. Marie's RC Church and St. Patrick's RC Church.
